About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience with demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT sales
- Existing network of clients in the region
- Bilingual capabilities (Arabic/English)
- Advanced degree or professional sales certifications
